We provide a global shopping experience direct to your home so some of our products may be shipped directly from outside of Australia which may mean a 10-28 day delivery time.
· Shipping Costs
FREE SHIPPING on all orders over AUD $75 excluding Wall Art and Headboards and furniture. Outside of metropolitan areas will be invoiced separately if more than allowed amount on website.
$9 up to 2kg, $16 up to 5kg and all orders over 5kg will be charged at $18.
· Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1-4 days. Some items are handmade so these orders may take a tad longer to get out the warehouse door. Once your order has been processed you will not be able to change or cancel.
· What is ECOA Living & Gallery Store currency?
All transactions are in AUD. We accept payment by credit cards, direct deposit and Paypal.
· How long for an order to arrive?
This depends on the product ordered and where we are sending it to.
Australian orders may take 7-28 days. International orders may take up to up 8 weeks.

Please note that pre-orders cannot be cancelled. An ETA is provided, if this does not suit your time frame, please do not purchase the item. The ETA is as accurate as possible give or take a few days as international shipping and customs can be unpredictable. Orders are generally dispatched as a whole so if you purchase an available item with a preorder item, the available item will be sent when the preorder item arrives. If you wish for the available item to be sent right away, please contact us. Additional postage charges may apply.
PRE-ORDER MEANS YOU ARE ORDERING AN ITEM NOT CURRENTLY IN STOCK, WHILE WE ENDEAVOUR TO PROVIDE AN ACCURATE ETA THIS IS DEPENDANT ON SHIPPING TIME FRAMES AND CUSTOMS WHICH IS OUT OF OUR HANDS, YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. IF THERE IS AN ISSUE OR DELAY WITH YOUR ORDER WE WILL DO OUR BEST TO KEEP YOU INFORMED.
· Refund and Returns
Refunds will only be considered on defective items, please check your order once received and notify us with proof of a photo of any defect within 5 days. You will need to return the item to us, which we will reimburse you for, so we can do an inspection.
Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind so please read the descriptions carefully.
If items are returned due to an incorrect address supplied at checkout you will be required to pay another shipping and processing fee.
You need to to collect your items within 30 business days or your sale will be cancelled and no refund provided.
Ensure your shipping address is correct as we will not be responsible for nondelivery of items.
We do not accept returns nor refunds on promotional items.
